“Christ is Raisin!”
May 8th, 2008 by michelle
The other night our son pointed at a container of raisins and proclaimed, “Christ is Raisin!” All this time we thought he had been saying “Christ is Risen”, but I guess that it makes even more sense to him that “Christ is Raisin” because he probably doesn’t even understand what “risen” means and he loves raisins.

That’s hilarious! I love the funny ways they say words. When I weaned Alethea I started giving her raisins, or “rain-ees” as she called them, at the few remaining times that she was used to nursing. If she asked to nurse I would, but mostly she was so happy to have raisins that she forgot it was “milky” time.
Tee hee!
Ha! Thanks for a great chuckle today! Kids are soooooooo funny!!!!
