5 Things Meme
May 15th, 2008 by michelle
Taken from Deb:
- The rules of the game get posted at the beginning.
- Each player answers the questions about themselves.
- At the end of the post, the player then tags five people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read the player’s blog.
- Let the person who tagged you know when you’ve posted your answer.

Oh, thanks! I’ll get to this!
What brought you to Kentucky from New York? And, my FIL bought drambuie for me to put on my son’s gums when he was teething and was *shocked* when I didn’t use it
fun!
but i already did this one!
What brought you to Kentucky from New York? My hubby was going to Asbury Seminary- that was before we became Orthodox. And now we’re stuck here
Oh Cool! I’m glad you did this. Building Monasteries sounds like great fun. What is drambuie??
drambuie: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drambuie
HA - I was going to ask what Drambuie was too, then I read the wiki bit. Do you light yours ON FIRE?
It makes me laugh - we were at an evangelical Bible college for a while and could not “consume alcohol” - did you have to hide the Drambuie bottle while your husband was at Asbury?
I can say from visiting my sis, Lexington does have a great Farmers Market, at least. And well-laid out street signs. Not the worst place to be “stuck” and yet, we totally know the mental, emotional, and physical drag involved in feeling “stuck” somewhere!
I’ll finish that MEME soon, though I may have done one like it already….. I’ll check.
All the best,
Monica
haha! No, I have never lit mine on fire… maybe I should try that some time
Well, the one I’ve completed is “4 things” - here’s the link:
