Lenten Chocolate Cake- (my go-to fasting dessert- yum!)
3 cups flour
2 tsps. Soda
6 tbsps. Cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
3 tbsps. Vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cold water
powdered sugar (optional)
Measure flour, soda, cocoa, salt, and sugar into a large mixing bowl.
