		<description>Thanks for the link to my blog, and for this recipe! The pumpkin bread recipe I used last week calls for a good amount of shortening and I since I don't love that, it's nice to see this recipe that's a bit different. I also like that your recipe calls for whole wheat flour and olive oil -- I've never used olive oil in baking but I'll give it a try!</description>
