Easy Indian Rice and Lentil Soup
6 c. vegetable broth
1/2 c. lentils
1/3 c. white rice
1/4 c. brown rice
2 tbsp. margarine
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. turmeric
